Scott's journey into fitness and martial arts began early. By age 7, he was already weightlifting and mastering calisthenics. At 9, he entered the world of competitive wrestling and quickly rose through the ranks, becoming an undefeated state champion.

At just 14, Scott began his lifelong journey in Hapkido, earning his black belt in two remarkable years. His commitment to physical training didn't stop there. At 19, Scott enlisted in the U.S. Army and served in the Persian Gulf with the 101st Airborne Division. Even in the harshest environments, Scott maintained his rigorous training, leading his platoon’s physical conditioning while constantly refining his skills.
